Raising Highly Capable Kids (RHCK) is a 13 session evidence-based parenting program developed to build stronger families by empowering parents with the confidence, tools, and skills they need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children.
Our program increases parents’ knowledge and skill level of the essential building blocks every child needs — the 40 Developmental Assets from Search Institute, which are proven to increase childhood resiliency and academic achievement.
Parent-Facing
RHCK is a parent-facing program that trains the primary influencer of a child, their parent or guardian.
Evidence-Based
RHCK has gone through a rigorous third-party evaluation. The study concluded that by engaging in our program, parents increased their knowledge and skill level of the essential building blocks kids need.
Community Collaboration
RHCK has high impact when there is a strong coalition of like-minded community leaders and stakeholders that wrap around families going through our program.
Pricing Model
RHCK products are produced economically, passing on the savings to communities that purchase our training and materials. We also offer a number of community program grants each year.
Program Delivery or Train the Trainer
Our facilitators are able to deliver the program, or we can train facilitators within the community to deliver RHCK.

The Raising Highly Capable Kids Leader‘s Guide is designed to help you facilitate a group of parents through a 13 session curriculum. With helpful and user-friendly tips throughout, this all-inclusive guide was designed to help you turn the digital slide presentation and Participant’s Guides into a lively group experience in which parents learn and support each other.
