Programmes

Our No Apologies Programme equips children and teens to make wise choices regarding high-risk behaviours, including sexual involvement before marriage.

RHCK was created to help parents minimize the effects of negative influences that inundate their children every day while increasing the probability that their children will invest in behaviours that lead to success.

Alive to Thrive is not the type of suicide prevention resource that simply offers the warning signs or helps you deal with the aftermath of a teen’s death by suicide. Alive to Thrive takes a truly preventative approach.

Sticky Notes and Push Pins (SNAPP) is a workshop for young people 16 years of age and older, encouraging them with a vision to build long-lasting, healthy relationships.

Ready to Wed is a Marriage Preparation programme for young adults in the marriageable age group.

Marriage is a journey. But like any journey, it’s easy to lose your way. Journey to Us is a two-day experience designed to help couples find their way back to a marriage that feels like the safest place on earth.

Tales of Hope is a child-headed household’s programme. A child-headed household is a household where a learner aged 15 to 18 is responsible for themselves and their younger siblings.
