Counselling may be helpful for you if you are feeling anxious, unhappy, or unfulfilled or when you have experienced personal trauma in your life. You may have tried to cope with your problems on your own but have found it difficult. Our trained counsellors and therapists can help you develop skills to improve your life and/or relationships and help give guidance that is needed to make the best possible decisions.
Being alive in Christ also means that God is with us in our pain, in our sorrows, and in our everyday moments. We find this life through a trusting relationship with God. To thrive means to be free to be the person God designed us to be, in our strengths, talents, flaws, challenges, imperfections, and all.
