Would you consider giving a generous gift — knowing that your impact will be doubled through this matching fund?
A Generous couple has stepped up and offered to match — rand for rand — every gift given to the ministry over this month — up to R240 000.
Your generosity allows us to meet the desperate needs of so many people — those who do not know Christ as their Saviour, parents who need help to raise Godly kids, couples on the brink of divorce, orphans who need help, youth who don’t have fathers, and so many more.
God has been so good this past year — how exciting to think even more is possible! In just the last year your faithful prayers and support have accomplished the following:
-Reached almost 4 million people across Africa through our Radio Broadcast (our radio program is translated into Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans, Portuguese, French and Hausa)
-Helped 2100 people make decisions for Christ
-Reached over 12 000 people in marriage or parenting seminars
-Contributed to 1400 marriages saved
-Reached over 4000 Youth with the message of character and abstinence
All of this is possible because of your faithful prayers and generous support — that is why we are so excited about this Matching Fund.
So please prayerfully consider giving – knowing that your gift will accomplish TWICE AS MUCH for families.

Your support means so much to us at Focus on the Family Africa and to the families across the continent that we serve. There are many ways to give to the work that God has called us to. We accept one-time and monthly donations online through our secure website, over the telephone (031 716 3300) or through the mail.
We are truly blessed and thank God for those of you who regularly support the ministry of Focus on the Family through all forms of giving. We are especially grateful for our donors who choose to give on a regular basis through online monthly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) giving. These gifts have even more impact as they reduce administrative processing costs, are immediately available for ministry and provide us with a stable income stream to allow for new and ongoing outreach.
SECTION 18A
Section 18A is the way our government encourages individuals and companies to give to Public Benefit Organizations that qualify for the Section 18A status.
Our core work is the promotion or protection of family stability, our desire to see families thrive.
What this means for you as an individual or company, is that, if you give us a gift: minimum is R100 maximum is up to 10% of your annual taxable income (you can give more, but the exemption only qualifies for up to 10%) you can receive a certificate from us (we must have all your details), that you can use to submit your tax to SARS. SARS will then deduct the amount you have given as above, from your taxable income, which will reduce the tax you pay. Focus will issue you with a certificate in May, for gifts given from 1 March (previous year) to 28 February (current year). Please ensure that we have your updated details.
For certificate requests please email liezls@fotf.co.za Focus has also been given BBBEE Status.
