Section 18A is the way our government encourages individuals and companies to give to Public Benefit Organizations that qualify for the Section 18A status.
Our core work is the promotion or protection of family stability, and our desire to see families thrive.
What this means for you as an individual or company, is that, if you give us a gift: the minimum is R100 maximum is up to 10% of your annual taxable income (you can give more, but the exemption only qualifies for up to 10%) you can receive a certificate from us (we must have all your details), that you can use to submit your tax to SARS.
