Bio: Graeme & Alison Schnell

Graeme Schnell has been working at Focus on the Family for over 15 years, 6 of which as CEO. Having benefitted from being surrounded by the incredible resources, content and environment of Focus – Graeme is passionate about family, and particularly the role of the father. Alison Schnell is a qualified teacher and taught Speech and Drama for 5 years before joining Focus on the Family as a content provider and radio co-host on the local Focus on the Family radio programmes. Alison is passionate about marriage and family and has spoken a number of times for Focus on the Family on issues relating to family. Graeme and Alison have three beautiful daughters – Ella Grace (10), Jada Faith (8) and Kyla Joy (6) and have been married for 13 years.

Jaci Mun-Gavin is an author, blogger and inspirational speaker with particular success and influence in the world of parenting. She and her husband Richard, have seven children between the ages of 6 and 16, and pastor a Christian church in the Durban area. Jaci has authored two books on parenting and family relationships and is a contributing writer to The Parenting Website as well as The Dad’s Life magazine. Her contribution into the lives of families includes helping parents to bring order and peace into their homes, restoring their vision and purpose in parenting, and helping them to define and achieve their desired outcomes for their children.
